Revival! What a powerful word and a very Biblical theme! The root words of ‘revival’ show us that it means to “re-live”, thus a renewal of spirituality with the Lord. When we look at our nation and our state, when we look at our city and community, we when look at our church and home, when we look at our own life, I’m sure we see the need for revival! In revival meetings we want to get a special Word from the Lord and get a burden for the Lord. We may long for good preaching and something new, but often revival meetings come and go with no real change in the people. In his book *Road to Revival,* evangelist and author Dr. Bob Sanders lays down the foundation and gives the fundamentals of revival. He says, *“If there is only a stirring of the heart that results in no change of habits, revival has not taken place!”*
